By accessing or using The Prompt Library, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

The Prompt Library is a web application that allows users to discover, create, organize, and share AI prompts. The service includes community prompt browsing, personal collections, smart variables, and curated resources.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it updated.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any prompts you create. By making a prompt public, you grant other users a non-exclusive license to view and copy that prompt. Private prompts remain accessible only to you.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $8. You may cancel at any time and retain access for the remainder of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Free tier limits reset on the first of each month.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Prompt Library is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
